Where do I park as a VIP Ticket Holder?

Where do I park as a General Admission Plus or General Admission Ticket Holder? 
Parking information will be sent out
 via our Festival Guide the week of the event.

If I'm a DD Ticket Holder, can I arrive at 12PM with VIP Ticket Holders?
Yes, DD's can attend with VIPs or any other ticket type. 

Are children allowed? 
Sorry parents, but this is a 21 & over event. DD's that are attending the event MUST also be 21+. If you arrive with any children (babies included), you will NOT be permitted entry into the event.  

Are pets allowed? 
While we are furry friend lovers, there are NO pets allowed at this event, however, service dogs ARE permitted.

Is the event rain or shine? 
Yes, the event will happen rain or shine baby!

What time does the event start and end? 
The event opens up to VIPs at 12PM, 1PM for General Admission+ and 2PM for General Admission. The event ends at 5pm with last call being at 4:45PM. Designated drivers can enter the festival at anytime. 

Can I purchase alcohol separately from my samples I get with my ticket?
You may be able to purchase additional drink samples should you run out, however, you CANNOT purchase alcohol directly from the vendors other than bottles to-go from some wineries and distilleries.

What are your Covid-19 protocols? 
This is an outdoor event and we are NOT requiring attendees to be vaccinated or show proof of a negative Covid-19 test prior to entering the festival. You are not required to wear a mask during the event either. 

Can I get a refund?
Refunds will NOT be issued - ALL sales are FINAL.

What vendors will be at the festival?
We plan to go BIG and have as many AZ-based breweries, wineries and distilleries as we can get to attend the festival. Additionally, we will have AMAZING friends from other states join the fun. We will continue to provide vendor updates via our website, Eventbrite page and Instagram page as our vendor list grows. 

Also, we plan to have the best food trucks that the Copper State has to offer. These vendors will also be updated via our website and Instagram page. 

What you should bring?

  • Government Issued Identification 

    • Valid forms of identification include:​

      • Government Issued Driver's License​

      • Government Issued Identification Card

      • Government Issued Passport

      • Military Identification Card 

**IF YOU CANNOT PROVE THAT YOU ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER BY SHOWING ONE OF THE VALID FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION LISTED ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND**

  • Blanket to sit on to enjoy the jams

  • Dancing Shoes - it's gonna be a PARTY! 💃 🕺 

  • Foldable/collapsible non-metal camping chair. The only chairs that we have available are dedicated to the food truck area to allow everyone to eat and CANNOT be removed from the area

  • Hat - the weather is being finicky, but let's hope for some rays ☀️ 

  • Sunscreen

  • Jacket / warm clothing that you can easily take off if you get too warm

  • GOOD VIBES 😎 - please treat everyone with kindness and respect. Everyone is here to have a good time 🤗

 

Prohibited Items Include but Not Limited to the Following:

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Smoking of any kind including but not limited to cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, etc. - per the City of Mesa, Riverview Park (venue) is a smoke-FREE facility 

  • Outside food or drink (pretzel necklaces and sealed water bottles are permitted)

  • Outside alcohol 

  • Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia

  • Aerosol cans or sprays (including sunscreen)

  • Glass containers of any kind

  • Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles of any kind (bicycle parking available outside festival grounds)

  • Large chains or spiked jewelry

  • Fireworks, sparklers, or incendiary devices

  • Umbrellas

  • Tents, canopies, or hammocks

  • Professional still/video camera equipment

  • Tripods and monopods

  • Audio recording equipment

  • Flags and/or flagpoles

  • Soccer balls, footballs, Frisbees, or other projectiles

  • Focused-light devices, including laser pointers

  • Items intended for sale/promotion

  • Water guns, water balloons, and/or any other kind of water projectile

  • Pets (except service animals)

  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people or goods
